Are you an organized, proactive individual with a passion for supporting legal professionals? Flagship Group is looking for a dedicated Assistant to join our Legal Leadership Team and help us tackle the housing crisis.
As an Assistant to the Legal Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our Legal Team. You will support the Director – Legal, Head of Legal Operations, and Senior In-House Counsels with effective administration and diary management.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Organising and booking meetings, including travel arrangements.
2. Collating and producing detailed information for reports, meetings, and court appearances.
3. Handling complaints and service failures by gathering and providing information efficiently.
4. Drafting correspondence and acting as the first line of telephone and email support.
5. Raising Purchase Orders, tracking invoices, and managing spend with external suppliers.
6. Providing office-based administrative support and planning events.
7. Attending meetings to take minutes and participating in training sessions.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience supporting a Director or senior Lawyer and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You must be highly organized with excellent prioritization and communication skills, and demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and discretion in all interactions. You should be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent and have advanced experience with Microsoft Office packages.
