Recruiting for a Financial Planning Administrator to join a Chartered Financial Planning Firm in Petersfield on a full-time basis. We are looking for someone knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate about the industry. We can provide further training and exam support to the right recruit looking for a long-term career.
Duties include:
1. Process new business applications, withdrawals, and fund switches through to completion.
2. Communicate both written and verbally with clients, providers, and other third parties.
3. Obtain valuations and product information for analysis.
4. Support the Advisors by carrying out administrative duties throughout the process.
5. Schedule and book review meetings, managing the FA diary.
Experience/skill set required:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a financial planning firm.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Confident user of Microsoft Office.
4. Professional manner.
