Hours per week: Working a rolling rota of 4 days on and 3 days off.
Shift A - 07.45 -14.30
Shift B 14.15 - 22.00
Shift C 21.45 - 08.00 This includes an 8 hour sleep in shift for which a flat rate of £50.00 will be paid plus 2 hours and 15 minutes, which will be paid at an hourly rate of £12.00.

Do you like going to the theatre, shopping and have a good sense of humour? Then this is the role for you. I am looking for a team of PA's to support me 24/7 to live in my own home.
I am a 44 year old lady, I live in a flat, which has been specially adapted to suit my needs. Following an accident in 2008, I have locked in syndrome. I am fiercely independent and am looking for a team of PA's who will work with me to promote my independence and support me to live the life I want to lead. It is important that you demonstrate that you have an understanding of being a worker in my home and recognise that I am at the heart of my care and support.
I communicate using a rainbow communication board, and am able to use my eyes to indicate yes or no to closed questions.
I have three shifts available -
Shift A - 07.45 -14.30
Shift B 14.15 - 22.00

Duties include:
Medication prompting/administering
Personal grooming
Eating and drinking assistance
Moving and handling
Clinical tasks
Other relevant duties as required
Administration
Housekeeping
Shopping
Cooking
Transportation
Companionship
Looking after pets Dressing / undressing
Bathroom assistance I use a hoist, so previous experience of using a hoist would be beneficial.
Training can be provided. I have my own vehicle and love going out and about, someone prepared to drive my van would be great.
