ABOUT THE ROLE
The Bar & Lounge Supervisor at Kerridge's Bar & Grill is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar and lounge area, ensuring smooth service and a high level of guest satisfaction. This role involves supervising bar staff, ensuring the quality of drinks and service, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and assisting with training and development of staff.
The Bar & Lounge Supervisor will act as a key point of contact for both guests and the team, helping to ensure efficient and high-quality service at all times.
