The successful candidate will report directly to the Director and provide them daily support. Duties will include:
* Managing incoming calls and enquiries
* Managing the email inbox and corresponding
* Meet and greet any visitors into the business
* Planning meetings and conferences along with travel arrangements
* Producing weekly reports
* Handling confidential records and complying with GDPR regulations
* Point of contact for stakeholders
