Your new role Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management. Support the management team with scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Handle incoming phone calls and manage the office inbox, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in working order. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Help organise and coordinate in-house and off-site events and meetings. Support HR with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and processing invoices. Provide general support to visitors and assist with front desk duties as needed. What you'll need to succeed Some (Ideally 1-3 years) experience in an administrative support role or a related field. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
