Job Title: Veterinary Receptionist Salary: £24,044.80 per annum Location: Cinque Ports Vets, Kingsnorth Job Type: Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week, to include a one in four Saturday rota Cinque Ports Vets are looking for a pro-active, empathetic person to join their fantastic Client Care team Your role and responsibilities We are a busy practice and your role will be varied. We're looking for someone who can multitask, loves a challenge and working at a fast pace, takes pride in their work; knowing you have made a difference to someone's day gives fantastic job satisfaction. A good sense of humour also helps The duties will involve, but are not limited to: - Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner. - Managing the diary; booking in appointments and surgical procedures. - Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone. - Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly. - Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc. - Processing prescription requests. - Taking payments. - Promoting offers and services. - Ensuring that reception is clean and well-stocked.
