Key Responsibilities:
* Process and manage invoices, including matching purchase orders and delivery notes
* Handle accounts payable and assist with monthly/yearly financial reports
* Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
* Oversee end-to-end payroll, VAT returns, and CIS returns
* Maintain accurate financial records and liaise with suppliers, customers, and team members
Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven accounting experience, ideally in a small business or construction setting
* Proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Experience in payroll processing and VAT returns
