What you’ll be doing:
1. Proactively leading end-to-end recruitment, from managing vacancies and careers events to effective onboarding.
2. Providing data-driven decisions to support the development and implementation of effective HR and L&D initiatives aligned with our business strategy.
3. Delivering trusted HR advice and support to everyone across the business.
4. Developing and maintaining effective HR policies and procedures.
5. Collaborating with our Head of People and Culture to ensure HR and recruitment best practices are maintained.
What we need from you:
1. Exceptional attention to detail and a natural flair for communication.
2. A proactive approach with a passion for business.
3. A tenacious and inquisitive mindset.
4. An understanding of UK employment law in practice.
5. Practical, relevant hands-on experience, ideally with, or working towards, CIPD Level 3.
