About You:
1. Proven experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment (essential).
2. Background in FMCG, food, or beverage manufacturing (highly desirable).
3. Transport Manager with CPC qualification (highly desirable). While we are not a transport company, we manage local transport between our buildings, and this knowledge would be an asset.
4. Experience managing and leading teams, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.

6. Forklift licence (preferred).
7. Excellent numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
8. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
9. Outstanding time management and organisational abilities.
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and senior stakeholders.
What We Offer:
A full-time position, 40 hours per week, with shifts between 6:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. You will oversee logistics operations, which are primarily focused on the morning hours (6:00am – 2:00pm)
