Our client, a leading, values driven engineering firm, is looking for a very organised individual for the role of Scheduling Administrator with experience of planning and coordinating, ideally, within an engineering or construction business. Benefits: Early Friday finish Fresh fruit in the office Temporary (1 month) potential to go permanent What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role: Managing, tracking and maintaining a large volume of work schedules Sending appropriate information the workers and clients Monitoring workers and company performance, gathering and tracking feedback Constant re-evaluation of process and scheduling to improve performance Manage all administration for planning team Working closely with other departments, ensuring a smooth communication process Strive for customer service excellence at all times, by conducting regular calls and check ins Keep accurate records at all times for the department, looking for efficiencies Required Skills and Qualifications: Confident attitude, good at communication and client relations Commitment to continuous improvement First class administration skills and capabilities Highly organised and efficient with meticulous attention to detail Ability to work at a fast pace with enthusiasm and tenacity Please note, this is a temporary position for 1 month with the possibility to go permanent.
