The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. - Salary: £53,000 - £85,000 - Contract type: Permanent - Interviews: w/c 3rd Feb About the role In this role you will lead and develop your team of Online Merchandisers across multiple Category Proposition Groups (Category Buying teams), Specialist Shops, and influence stakeholders to deliver the commercial performance of your area via the optimisation of on-site customer journeys for maximum financial return and improved customer satisfaction. You will be a commercially astute and digitally aware individual who owns sales and profit performance for your area, always putting the customer first and exploiting opportunities. You will build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the Customer & Commercial teams to ensure end-to-end online customer journeys are considered in plans. You'll empower your team to provide recommendations using site data & analysis and external benchmarks to inform assortments, trade planning, campaigns/events or propositions for your area. You will work closely with the wider Online Trading team, Category Proposition Groups (CPGs), Customer and Digital teams, and suppliers.
