IT Support Engineer M365, Intune, Azure, Windows Server, AD This vacancy is to join a close-knit technical team for a Managed Services provider supporting clients in the provision of MS cloud services & assisting in the deployment of customer solutions on a BAU & project basis. Youll be working with: Office/Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) Intune Microsoft Azure Services (Azure AD, Storage, Backups, VNet, VM & SQL) Mobile devices (iPads, Tablets, Phones) VoIP solutions Windows Server (2012 and onwards) Hyper-V / VMware Windows (Win 10 Pro) & Mac Client Operating Systems Day to day youll be: Responding to customers requests and enquiries Communicating and liaising verbally and in writing with all stakeholders (Internal users, customers, suppliers etc.) Working on Case resolution activities and orders to SLAs Taking ownership of incidents and ensuring they are quickly escalated/ prioritised appropriately in a fast-paced environment.
