Role Overview
You are the face of our business, putting the customer at the center of everything you do. Greeting and serving customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner, you show genuine interest in their needs and will have the opportunity to learn about our products to assist them effectively.
Role Responsibilities
* Greet and thank customers warmly, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
* Provide exceptional service and help customers find products that suit them, supporting both in-store and multi-channel sales.
* Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
* Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment on the shop floor.
* Maintain shop floor and back-of-house tidiness.
* Stay updated on company promotions and activities.
* Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
* Adhere to all company policies and GDPR procedures.
