As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll be right at the heart of that – keeping things clean, organised and running smoothly behind the scenes so our chefs and waiting team can focus on the food and the folk. It’d be great if you’ve done things like: Working in a busy kitchen, café or bar Cleaning and organising in a fast-paced setting Bonus points for: Knowing your way around allergens or food safety Being confident with deliveries or stock rotation What really matters: You’re someone who rolls their sleeves up and gets stuck in You’ve got an eye for detail – especially when it comes to hygiene and safety You’re happy on your feet and don’t mind a bit of graft You'll be the kind of person who: Keeps the kitchen sparkling – from floors to fridges Washes pots and pans like a pro (we mean it – it’s a skill) Knows where to stash the mop and the marigolds Sorts the bins and keeps our spaces tidy and well-stocked Helps with deliveries and moves stock around when needed And just so you know – this job’s about more than dishes and disinfectant.
