37 hours per week – Permanent - Term time plus two weeks

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, nutritious meals and creating a welcoming dining experience? We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Catering Manager to join our school. Be part of this exciting new chapter at Brookfield Community School and help us create a dining experience that students and staff will love. We’re looking for an experienced Catering Manager to oversee the launch and management of our new in-house catering service.
The successful candidate will:
• Launch and manage the transition of catering services from an external provider to our ‘new’ and exciting in-house operation.
• Plan and deliver healthy, balanced, and appealing menus that meet school nutrition standards.
• Train, and manage a dedicated catering team.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee stock and inventory.
• Foster a positive dining experience for students, staff, and visitors.
