The Admin Controller will be pivotal in driving an excellent customer experience, managing a team of up to 8 staff, and ensuring all admin processes are seamless and efficient.
Your hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with occasional Saturday morning requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Updating the website
* Dealing with customer queries
* Processing orders, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete
* Creating delivery packs
* Chasing documentation
* Reviewing systems and implementing changes to ensure greater efficiency
* Motivating and managing staff to ensure best results
