Sonographer lead, the ultrasound departments at ULTH incorporate a wide range of procedures which includes abdominal, obstetric, gynaecological, small parts and vascular procedures. We have a strong commitment to personal develop in all aspect of ultrasound such as led fine needle aspiration of Head & Neck nodules and HyCoSy. Audit and CPD is actively encouraged and bi-monthly audit meetings for ultrasound are ongoing. Note: This vacancy has a start date after 01/07/2025 Main duties of the job Job Details Advanced Practitioner in Ultrasound Ultrasound Department Lincoln County Hospital other all other trust sites as needed Band 7 Full Time / Part Time ( up to 37.5 hours will be flexible) 08:00-18:00 working pattern The successful candidate must hold the Post Graduate Diploma in ultrasound (or equivalent) and be HCPC Registered. Nuchal Translucency accreditation is also essential. The ultrasound department is currently working a 7 day week. The post holder will be an effective communicator, able to work alone or as part of a team, demonstrate organisational skills and have the ability to work to a high standard, both technically and in patient care.
