You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of over 30 individuals, including Technicians, Workshop Control, and Service members, ensuring that our customers receive the highest levels of satisfaction and service quality. Key Responsibilities: Manage and control costs in line with business objectives while maintaining exceptional quality standards and customer service. Drive continuous improvement to achieve customer satisfaction levels exceeding the manufacturer's national average. Monitor team performance and implement necessary improvements. Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to ensure the success and development of your team. Guarantee adherence to the manufacturer's standards at all times. Ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data according to group standards. Maintain a safe and compliant working environment. We are seeking an experienced Aftersales or Service Manager from a main or franchised dealership, with a proven track record of driving performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
