We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Customer Liaison Manager to oversee our Integrated Management Systems and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, as well as to support and oversee the Customer Relations activities on site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, a keen eye for detail, and is able to demonstrate the ability to lead a cross-functional team as well as implementing effective quality assurance strategies. Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to: Further develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System, ensuring alignment with ISO standards and organizational goals. Establish and oversee Quality Assurance processes to ensure product and service quality meets or exceeds customer and regulatory requirements and expectations. Plan and conduct internal and external IMS, quality management and customer audits. Design and deliver training programs for staff on quality assurance practices and integrated management systems. Monitor quality performance metrics, analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and ensure effective reporting to senior management. Cooperate with various departments (ie. operations, engineering) to integrate quality assurance practices into all business processes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimisation and innovation within the IMS. Serve as the primary point of contact for quality assurance matters, engaging with customers, internal and external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies as needed. What you need to make a difference Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for… Experience in quality assurance, with a focus on integrated management systems. In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and other relevant industry standards. Proven experience in leading audits and managing compliance initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments. Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, Certified Quality Manager) is a plus. Someone who will be involved in Quality checks of the raw materials and would be aware of Instructions, Standards, and core processes. Prior experience in quality function in manufacturing environment Implements the range of professional Production Quality standards and concepts according to defined targets and processes. Looking for individual who is flexible, proactive and have the ability to work as an individual coordinator. Self-starter with a problem-solving skill, who can show the adaptability to prioritise multiple projects and work under pressure.
