Hays is partnering with a local council to recruit an experienced Interim Senior Service Manager. This role is crucial for overseeing repairs, voids, sundry services, gas, contract management, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for managing approximately 20,000 properties, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with council policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Budget Management: Plan, manage, and control budgets within your service and programme responsibilities.
2. Compliance: Ensure procedures and working instructions for designated service areas comply with BCC policies and procedures.
3. Service Improvement: Continuously review service plans and delivery mechanisms, proposing improvements for more effective and efficient outcomes.
