Your new role
You will plan and control all tanker servicing activities within the Central Logistics team while delivering excellent customer service. This involves cooperating with depots, operating within agreed SLA standards, and achieving optimum operational efficiency at all times. Responsibilities include:
1. Working within the Central Logistics planning processes.
2. Liaising with depots & tanker drivers to ensure all tanker services are planned & carried out following all processes & guidelines.
3. Liaising with customers and personnel to ensure accurate and timely sales order processing, service planning, and execution.
4. Ensuring vehicle maintenance plans are included when planning routes and services.
What you'll need to succeed
* Organisational skills along with route planning.
* Troubleshooting, solution finding, and a "can-do" attitude.
* A positive attitude with an excellent work ethic.
* PC literacy, particularly with Excel spreadsheets, is essential.
* Experience in route planning or in a fast-paced process-driven environment.
* People skills with good customer service experience.
