My client is looking for a positive, energetic, knowledgeable Service Manager in Salisbury.
As a Service Manager, you will lead your team within the South West to deliver high performance in all fire protection requirements.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will support the operational execution of our strategies and business plan. You will manage varied tasks with conflicting priorities and possess great leadership skills, as our staff are critical to our success. You must understand current regulations in the fire industry.
You will build strong relationships within South West Teams and our other Regional Teams, managing interdependencies with other key departments in the business.
You will be committed to providing the highest quality person-centred service to both residents and the workforce, with well-being at the heart of your approach.
The post holder will be delegated additional responsibilities and/or management projects by the Regional Manager.
You will:
* Contribute to the highest standards of professionalism and effectiveness in service delivery to service users.
* Challenge processes and frameworks, supporting the organization during a period of growth and change.
* Monitor the day-to-day operations of your area, including line management.
* Maintain customer satisfaction.
* Manage staff resources, including recruitment and deployment of rotas.
* Lead complaint investigations and ensure compliance with timeframes.
* Effectively manage information received from clients, partners, and staff, ensuring service issues are addressed and standards developed in line with clients' needs, escalating to the Operations Manager when appropriate.
* Ensure the service operates in compliance with all legal requirements.
* Follow HR procedures within the team.
* Comply with statutory and legal requirements for Health and Safety.
* Be office-based but required to attend meetings or events as necessary.

Salary: £35,000.00 - £45,000.00
