1. Communicating compelling and well thought out solutions for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) in response to complex client problems.

Functional skills:
13. Educated to degree level or equivalent.
14. An understanding of the key business issues/drivers that result in clients pursuing transformation programmes.
15. Experience of multiple industry sectors (e.g. Media, Services, Retail, Insurance, Local Government etc.).
16. Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to land key decisions with senior leaders and key business stakeholders.
17. Experience of multiple Oracle Cloud EPM implementation project lifecycles, from presales, scoping and planning through to post go live support, as a Solution Architect.
18. Detailed knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM enabled end-to-end business process across Finance.
19. A background in designing and delivering end-to-end business processes across multiple functional areas including FP&A processes Planning, Financial close and consolidation, Reconciliation, Data management and other oracle cloud products
20. Experience in design and Implementation EPM applications Primarily EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, DM and EDMCS and experience in other processes like PCMCS and EPRCS would be advantageous
21. Experience in Key finance and accounting processes that includes general accounting and corporate consolidation, financial planning and analysis, accounts payables and receivable, fixed assets, and Management Reporting
22. Experience with governance controls, change management, conceptual data modelling, master data management, data standardization and data quality management
23. Broad knowledge of other Oracle Cloud product sets like ERP, SCM, HCM and Payroll solutions.
24. An understanding of the functional, application and technical architectural elements of an Oracle Cloud EPM programme.
25. Experience of operating and implementing in a cloud environment and understanding the impacts of implementing and operating on the cloud versus on premise.
26. Experience of managing a team of 10+ colleagues, including client and third parties.
27. Experience in planning and estimating Oracle Cloud EPM programmes.
28. An appreciation of the influence of user experience-based design e.g. Personas, user journeys and how this can be used to augment a solution

29. Excellent documentation, reporting and presentation skills in both a virtual and in person mode.
30. Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesise large amounts of information.
31. Experience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration document, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices etc.).
32. Highly proficient Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Projects.
