Sales Support Administrator
Job Description
The purpose of the role is to support the sales team at Coffee King Ltd by helping with the smooth running of the team by answering the phone, replying to emails, scheduling appointments, keeping sales records, and preparing sales contracts and agreements.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assistance with customer communications
2. Management of customer journey
3. Coordination of order fulfilment with logistics team
4. Inventory assistance
5. Keeping record of sales figures and producing reports
6. Dealing with customer service enquiries from customers and ecommerce
7. Provision of after sales support
8. Dealing with servicing needs of customers and liaising with service contacts
9. Office administration
10. Record keeping and contract fulfilment
11. Completing required administration associated with the sales process
12. Entering and maintaining customer records accurately
13. Managing the CRM element of client engagement, building and reporting on the sales pipeline
14. Reporting on the successes and results of the engagement to your line manager weekly
15. Updating data in billing and CRM systems regarding client contact and communication preferences
16. Keeping up to date with supplier terms and product offerings to inform the sales team
17. Based at Head Office in Sutton Weaver, Runcorn
You will need to be:
1. Highly experienced unified communications professional
2. Confident in representing the business internally and externally
3. Detail-oriented in filling out reports and contracts
4. Self-motivated with good empathy skills
5. A relationship builder and good listener
6. A quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes
7. An excellent written and verbal communicator
8. Competent in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office products
9. Highly numerate and comfortable with data in multiple formats
10. Someone who stays updated with the latest communications technology and industry trends
11. A good team player who inspires confidence in colleagues and customers
12. A creative thinker who wants to solve problems by creating solutions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00 per year
