The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $62.964-$78.705.

Job Summary:
The Hydro Analyst position provides scheduling, documentation control, reporting, data analysis, organization, planning, procurement / accounting activities, logistical support, and technical support to the Hydro organization (Operations and Engineering), including but not limited to Managers, Project Managers and Engineers (internal and external), Cost Analysts, etc.
Responsibilities:
The Hydro Analyst is responsible for day-to-day tasks and longer-term assignments to support both operation and maintenance and engineering business area initiatives and corporate goals.
Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:
Organize, manage and maintain office supplies, business records and documents (hardcopy and electronic)
Meetings – Plan and organize web, conference, video calls and events.
Develop and distribute meeting agenda and minutes.
Procurement.
Initiate and manage direct, delegated and centralized purchasing needs for both O&M and capital programs in Hydro Engineering and Operations and Maintenance (equipment, material, service, etc.)
Invoice verification and processing, SAP entry and reporting.
Develop purchase orders, contract release orders and other documents in SAP and Avangrid procurement software to allow for execution of work.
O&M and Capital budgets – support development, program oversight, tracking and monthly reporting requirements.
Support business and company storm response efforts.
Support development and managing of maintenance plansplans.
Support and coordinate service providers and equipment / material delivery.
Effective communication of information to both operational and engineering business areas.
Education & Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of related / equivalent experience.
Knowledge of SAP financial system.
Associates degree in related discipline.
