Pod are pleased to partner with this growing logistics business that focusses on FMCG and Retail clients with depots across the UK. The company is growing 10-20% YoY and there is a huge focus on commercial development.
What you’ll do:
1. Perform Account Management duties such as performance reviews and reporting, using data centric mindset and reporting to collaborate to improve relationships and resolve challenges in this customer facing role.
2. Identify new business opportunities and growth areas in your account portfolio with a growth centric mindset delivering strategic plans in collaboration with senior leadership to grow the revenue.
3. Keep up to date with competitors and trends in the industry to deliver strong business development insights for the commercial teams.
Who you’ll be:
4. 5+ years in a Business Development or Account Management role with evidence of growth and development.
5. Advance excel with knowledge and use of a CRM with ERP knowledge and PowerBI as nice to haves.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a growth mindset and a desire to increase revenue and grow relationships.
