A well-known award-winning charity outside Glasgow is seeking to hire a Marketing and Communications Manager. Responsibilities Include Executing and managing the marketing and communications strategy. Developing and implementing robust digital marketing strategies. Executing targeted campaigns on social media and digital platforms to engage donors using search engine optimisation (SEO), pay per click (PPC) campaigns, mobile marketing, affiliate marketing Monitor and report on set targets and keep abreast of developments in the digital arena. Generating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and donor engagement initiatives using in-house analytics. Creating compelling and impactful content, including donor letters, newsletters, and campaign materials. Assist with the planning, design, production of material and coordinating the marketing of events. Oversee and implement the website strategy. To attend events throughout Scotland as required. Experience Required Creative design skills, including In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience in content management and online systems such as WordPress, google analytics and various payment portals. Experience of planning and project management, in a marketing or communications related role, from planning stage to completion and post-project analysis. Budget management. Experience of being a Brand ambassador. Strong writing skills with demonstrated experience in creating copy across various formats, along with the ability to edit and proofread with meticulous attention to detail. Experience of project planning projects for events/exhibitions within tight timescales. Ability to work autonomously. A full driving license is required for this post.
