Join a market-leading supplier of garden products and take ownership of key national accounts across DIY, Grocery, and High Street channels. Manage and grow key retail accounts, negotiating all trading terms. Develop and execute joint business and promotional plans Present existing and future product ranges. Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to maximise sales opportunities and minimise channel conflict. Support all trade and consumer marketing campaigns Build strong relationships with customers’ internal teams The Candidate This is a senior appointment within a market-leading business. The job holder will be expected to lead the company’s reputation as a supplier by driving improvement in sales processes, marketing plans, and new product development. The profile we are looking for includes: Proven success in National Accounts Management within grocery and DIY retail. Strong track record of sales and margin achievement. Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Outstanding communication skills in all mediums.
