This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is bubbly, proactive, and organised – even if you don’t have previous school admin experience.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position, working in a busy and supportive school office. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and parents, helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the school. You’ll also provide general administrative support to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting parents, pupils, staff, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
* Answering incoming phone calls and emails, dealing with enquiries efficiently
* Updating and maintaining school records and databases
* Supporting with attendance records, letters, photocopying and filing
* Assisting with general tasks to support the smooth running of the office and wider school
* Using basic IT systems and learning school-specific software (full training provided)

* Someone who is comfortable using a computer and happy to learn new systems
* An enthusiastic team player who is reliable and eager to help others
* A person who takes pride in their work and is keen to grow in a school environment
* Previous admin experience is helpful but not essential – personality and enthusiasm are key!
