Job Summary
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled, passionate, and motivated individual to provide day-to-day admin support and coordination for Contact Point, a single point of contact service for young people's emotional and mental health.
The successful candidate will need to possess excellent communication skills, efficient time management, sound experience of IT systems and Microsoft software packages, and good planning and organisational skills.
This post is full time, 37.5 hours per week, working Monday - Friday.
Main Duties of the Job
* Ensure referrals to the service are managed efficiently, organising triage appointments, and liaising with other agencies to set up multi-agency meetings when required.
* Monitor capacity and demand into the service working alongside clinical leads.
* Support data gathering and analysis for performance reports and audits alongside clinical leads.

* Higher National Certificate/Foundation degree/diploma/NVQ4 in Business Administration/Customer Services or equivalent experience in a wide range of secretarial/administrative/PA roles and leading specific projects/information systems.
* Intermediate level of theoretical knowledge.
* Microsoft Office applications.

* Knowledge of community procedures and processes.
* Diploma/NVQ 5 in Business Administration/Customer Services.
