The Farms are in the north of Scotland Corriemoillie and Dunmaglass. Each site is roughly 45 minutes from
* Previous maintenance experience on Wind Turbines and able to lead a team on service campaigns throughout the UK and further when necessary
* Ability to work independently on the implementation of fault analyses and repair of wind turbine generator systems in the UK, including clarification of any client queries
* Ability to work away from home when business dictates
* Documentation of call-out responses, fault finding and repair work in service reports, logbooks andchecklists
* Coordination of external and internal service providers and contractors on site
* Contact person for client technical queries, such as retrofits and repairs
* Willing to work and fulfill on-call obligations for out of normal working hours if required. (e.g. weekend working), Professional training in electrical engineering sector (electrician, power electronics system, mechatronic engineer) orthe equivalent knowledge/experience
* Familiar with MS-Office operating system
* Familiar with PLCs
* High degree of quality awareness; excellent fault finding and diagnostic skills combined with the ability to detect and remedy faults, defects, problems
* Team player, cooperative, interested in further personal and career development
* Confident personality
* Able to work at heights
* Structured worker with technical analytical abilities
* High degree of flexibility, highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure
* Prepared to travel throughout the UK, Previous experience working on GE/ Alstom ECO Turbines
* Electrical/ mechanical service or maintenance experience will be the additional advantage
