In the Customer Centre Administrator position, you will have the below key accountabilities - Responding to incoming calls to the customer enquiry line Resolving standard enquiries from internal and external parties and escalating more complex to the relevant area Applying customer service techniques to handle all customer calls Maintaining excellent working relationships with the business, and immediate colleagues Demonstrating knowledge of processes and activities where applicable Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for customer resolution Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence by adhering to agreed standard operating procedures and making suggestions for improvements What do you need to know about the role? Start date: Monday 9th December Pay rate: £12.45 per hour Payroll: Weekly one week in arrears Contract type: temporary assignment via Reed Talent Solutions Shift pattern: Monday-Friday between 08:00-20:00 Hybrid working split between office and home Location: Robinson House, Leicester, LE2 7PE Assignment duration: 6 months (potential for extension) Recruitment process: telephone interview with Reed (competency based and situational based judgement questions) and an on-site assessment centre with Cadent Gas (date to be confirmed) What we ask from you?
