Scope and Purpose of the Job
We are currently looking for a new Spa Therapist with a passion for delivering excellent guest service and a love for the Spa industry.
Location: 10 Paradise Walk, Templepatrick, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.
As a Spa Therapist, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop, with the potential to progress within the company. At the Spa at Hilton Templepatrick, our main aim is to take guests on an idyllic journey to a pure sense of calmness and serenity. We bring the ultimate level of escapism, hidden behind the private grounds of the Kingfisher Estate at the Doubletree Hilton.
We are going to have 4 state-of-the-art treatment rooms to provide luxurious spa experiences, an exclusive spa menu with signature treatments, and a private hydro area for spa guests to indulge.
As a member of our team, you will naturally be someone who is passionate, friendly, and approachable with a drive to confidently offer a wide range of treatments, never compromising on standards or quality. If you are newly qualified and have no previous Spa experience, this may be ideal for you as full training will be given.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* To comply with all departmental policies and procedures.
* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm, courteous, and professional.
* Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
* Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene.
* Cash handling.
* Liaise with other departments in the hotel to build relationships.
* Contribute towards sales targets.
* Fulfil all customer journeys to the full, to maximise their spa experience.
* Meet and greet, and provide aftercare for all clients to provide a memorable experience.
* Comply with all company health and safety regulations.
Desired Criteria
* Previous Spa experience desirable.
* Indian Head Massage.
Required Criteria
* NVQ Beauty Therapy Level 2, 3, or equivalent.
* Excellent customer service skills with a customer-focused mindset.
* Work well within a team.
* Great communication & interpersonal skills.
* Strong work ethic with a ‘can do attitude’.
* Goes above and beyond for clients and their needs.
* Confident in building relationships with your clients and recommending products to increase secondary revenue.
* Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays where required.
* Be willing to carry out a pool responder course.
Contract Type: Part-time
Salary: £11.75 Hourly
