HR Coordinator - Leatherhead Beaverbrook is seeking a proactive Accommodation & HR Coordinator to manage employee accommodation, support recruitment efforts, and provide HR assistance. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a positive employee experience. What you'll be doing: Overseeing employee accommodation, including room allocation, check-ins/outs, and handling queries. Assisting with recruitment tasks such as reviewing applications, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and advertising roles. Supporting employee relations by advising managers on performance, absence, and other people-related issues, while managing HR documentation. Supporting local career fairs and ensure timely processing of recruitment outcomes. Handling monthly payroll for accommodation and maintain excellent communication with residents Who you are: Educated to degree level or equivalent; ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified. Confident in decision-making and dealing with confidential matters. Able to demonstrate empathy and understanding during difficult conversations. Build rapport and trust with line managers. Proven experience in a similar HR/Recruitment role.
