The post holder will provide professional leadership and management, ensuring the department delivers high-quality teaching, effectively using the resources available and aiming to raise standards of learning and achievement for all students. The role is responsible for the strategic direction of Business including the planning, development, and implementation of its departmental priorities. Starting in September 2025, the role is up to full time and will be paid on TEAL’s qualified teachers pay scale (points 1 to 9) plus a TLR 2A.
