Job Type: Permanent
Job Hours: Full time
Location: Hybrid / London
Salary range: £40k - £50k DOE
The speed read:
A people and change consultancy focusing on transforming the mindsets, behaviours, and cultures of business professionals is looking for a Producer to join their team.
The facts:
Everyone wants to make a visible, impactful change. And where there’s a vision, there’s a producer right behind it bringing it to life in an engaging, impactful way.
If you’re ready to take on a pivotal role in a dedicated team – hear me out.
You’re a creative at heart. You’re good at thinking about metaphorical, abstract concepts and how to transmute them into impactful experiences. You don’t just think about the workshops; you like to see the bigger picture - how all the teams interact, how to make the offer more impactful, and come up with concepts that will take the business to the next level.
You’ll be coordinating immersive and memorable events, learning sessions, and workshops aimed at broadening people’s perspectives and encouraging better interpersonal relationships. You will also be translating these immersive, interactable experiences into virtual sessions. This in turn makes you in charge of the agency’s cyclorama studio (where the magic happens) and all things client experience.
You’ll be choosing who participates in client meetings, briefing the clients, and staying in touch with the client throughout the process and after it’s completed - clients are at the centre of what you do, and client satisfaction is your main concern.
There is a strong aspect of leadership, especially within the studio team where you will line manage two designers and freelancers helping on delivery. You will be working closely with the interdisciplinary team, consultants, psychologists, and executive coaches as well as creative designers, program managers, and facilitators on both client and internal projects.
You’ll be:
* Someone who wants to grow the business; you challenge why things are a certain way and suggest improvements.
* Travelling occasionally.
* Someone who loves learning and doing new things.
You’ll have:
* Experience delivering complex projects end-to-end.
* A genuine interest in working with abstract concepts.
* A knack for making things happen (through great organisation, problem solving, and creativity).
* Experience working in Learning and Development would be beneficial, but not necessary.
Please attach CV and Portfolio/Link to website (for design roles).
Applicants must be living in and have the right to work in the UK.
