Proposed Interview Date: W/C 3rd February 2025 The role As a Property Manager (Leasehold), within the Residential Management Team, you are the face of Redwing. You will be responsible for manging a property portfolio that includes multiple tenure types including Leasehold, Shared Ownership and Commercial properties. You will also provide an effective and responsive management service to customers and other key stakeholders reaching the highest possible standard of customer care. The right fit Property or Leasehold management experience is essential. Experience of working in a customer focused environment dealing with residential property matters. Experience of preparation and monitoring of service charge budgets. Experience of managing conflict to produce a positive outcome. A lateral and innovative thinker, a problem-solver. Self-confident, decisive, resilient and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving environment. Excellent communication and IT skills.
