Brief Description
The role is to provide sales, training and technical support, across the full range of Tricel Composites Building sector products including but not limited to composites materials, at all Tricel sites and remotely at customers premises.
Responsibilities
The Finance Manager will be primarily responsible for the following;
1. Management of the accounting function, along with the company accounting staff.
2. Preparation and reporting of financial information on a weekly and monthly basis.
3. Oversight of day to day site activities.
4. Manage the annual budgeting process and future strategic development of various group entities.
5. Input into the year end audit process and liaise with the company auditors.
6. Complete all regulatory reporting to statutory bodies.
7. Monitoring gross margins/contributions with focus on optimising sales mix.
8. Monitor working capital management, with particular focus on inventory, credit management, and cashflow.
9. Generate the necessary financial information that will highlight profit potential and/or inefficiencies.
10. Focus on cost control and lean principles with target of improving site efficiency.
11. Support the business in relation to general development or specific issues.
12. Ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures.
13. Coordinate the development of the systems to support business growth.
14. Other ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
Candidate Profile
1. Qualified Accountant.
2. Strong business acumen and analytical skills, along with the ability to review and submit monthly management accounts.
3. Commercially focused with a strong disciplined professional approach.
4. Compliance and controls orientated.
5. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills is a requirement.
6. Previous people management experience is a requirement.
7. Excellent IT skills.
