What does the role look like? Nurture your own customer base to help them find their perfect home Negotiate offers and close deals Generate and conduct customer viewings Assist all customer needs by promoting additional services where applicable Working within the branch team and the wider network to hit targets Have you got: Proven sales experience? An ability to work as a team to achieve set objectives in a target driven environment? Passion for delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face? Confidence when negotiating and agreeing offers on property sales? Experience conducting viewings? Proven experience pitching additional services such as financial services and solicitors? An ability to represent a company in a professional manner?
