Key Responsibilities: Offering administrative support to two fee earners, including: Audio transcription and typing Managing case files from initiation to completion, including archiving Corresponding with clients Arranging appointments Drafting documents and correspondence, including preparing bundles Assisting with invoicing Coordinating with courts and barristers What we are seeking: Prior experience as a Legal Secretary or Assistant, preferably in medical law (although this is not a requirement). Confident and independent: Ability to manage tasks autonomously. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and assist colleagues when required.
