These roles will predominantly be at weekends and during the school holidays. As a reception assistant in Mission Out, you’ll be responsible for providing a warm welcome to all of our visitors and doing everything you can to make their trip a memorable one. You will be responsible for ensuring customers are checked in, tickets checked and booked, answer queries and direct visitors to the park. You will also ensure the reception area is impeccably clean and ensure the gift shop is fully stocked, presentable and always inviting. You will also support the wider team with whatever is needed to help create a great working environment. Key Responsibilities · Responsible for ensuring our visitors have a GREAT experience by delivering a GREAT service. · Creating an EPIC welcome, taking orders and supporting the customer journey · Meeting and greeting customers and assisting with all queries. · Responding to emails and social messages professionally and in good time. · Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout all areas · Do everything within reason to minimise customer complaints and maximise satisfaction. · Communicating effectively with the wider team to ensure all visitor needs are met. · Contact customers regarding party bookings and manage these as they arrive.
