Description
* Prepare, verify, and process invoices for sales or services rendered
* Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments
* Perform account reconciliations
* Maintain accounts receivable customer files
* Investigate and resolve customer queries
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, or mail
* Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within your team
* Produce monthly financial and management reports
Profile
A successful Credit Control Clerk should have:
* Strong numeracy and financial management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of accounting software and databases
