The Customer Experience Center (CEC) Best is a powerful touch point for our brand, supporting the sales process by organizing discovery space tours with in-depth product demonstrations, factory tours, and special events highlighting Philips’ meaningful healthcare innovations. By planning, coordinating, and managing high-quality experiences, the CEC delivers a strategic competitive advantage. These experiences drive customer preference and increase the win rate. Whether the focus of your visit is tender-driven, relationship strengthening, or strategic multi-modality, the CEC will arrange the perfect visit. The Customer Experience Center in Best represents Royal Philips and how Philips care for more people in a better way.
Your role:
* Deliver perfectly organized customer engagement programs exceeding the visitor’s expectations.
* Organize discovery space tours with in-depth product demonstrations, factory tours, and special events highlighting Philips’ meaningful healthcare innovations.
* Assist with the logistics of the engagement sessions, which include scheduling, venue setup, and technical requirements like audiovisual equipment, and maintain responsibility for the overall customer programs and contacts with the official international reference sites within Philips.
* Manage customer engagement initiatives, boosting customer relationships and promoting a positive image of Philips.
* Interact with internal departments, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations and quickly resolve any logistical issues.
* Execute customer engagement programs, aiming for high satisfaction measured through the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
* Improve daily operations using LEAN principles, identifying inefficiencies, and developing better service strategies.
* Implement new technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations, keeping Philips at the forefront of customer experience.
You're the right fit if:
* You have a vocational degree (VWO / MBO).
* 3-5 years of administrative/planning experience in a complex (international) environment (e.g., Secretarial, Back office, Assistant, etc.).
* Excellent communication skills at different levels (Fluent in English is a must and Dutch is a preference).
* Strong organizing and planning skills.
* Able to work in a team, show ownership, be focused, and structured.
* Flexible working from the office 4 days a week.
