A well-established company in the education supplies industry is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join its team. As a Customer service Administrator you will be processing customer orders, handling enquiries and complaints, and providing general support to the sales department. Customer Service Administrator responsibilities: Processing orders efficiently and accurately. Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and in person. Ensuring order confirmations are sent to customers. Maintaining the excel spreadsheets Using CRM software, and Opera/Pegasus daily. Handling and resolving customer complaints professionally. Identifying and sharing customer feedback to improve products and services. Skills & experience required: Education: GCSEs & A-Levels (or equivalent). Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and Opera/Pegasus (essential). Experience: At least 2 years’ experience handling customer orders via email/web. A motivated, dynamic, and team-oriented personality. Strong ability to work independently and within a team. Ambitious and eager to progress and develop.
