As an SEMH Support Assistant, you will provide targeted support to children with social, emotional, and mental health needs, ensuring they can engage with the curriculum and develop positive relationships with their peers and teachers. You will work alongside teachers, special educational needs coordinators (SENCOs), and other support staff to promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive.
