Main duties of the job What You'll Do: Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a talented team of support agent. Innovate: Drive the development of cutting-edge support solutions and user-friendly interfaces. Collaborate: Work closely with product development, training, and customer success teams to enhance user satisfaction. Analyze & Improve: Use data-driven insights to continuously improve our support processes and user experience. Optimise & Elevate: Identify opportunities to streamline systems, enhance performance, and maximise efficiency across platforms. Train & Empower: Oversee the creation and delivery of digital systems/clinical application training programs that boost capability and confidence across the team and wider user base. What We're Looking For: Experience: 5 years in software support and user experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. 5 years in the NHS. Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a knack for user-centric design. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in support tools and a solid understanding of the latest tech trends.Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for technology and helping users succeed.
