Our client in Huntingdon is looking for a PA to join them for a 3-month fixed term contract, which may extend. As the PA, you will provide business leaders with administrative support and report into the Executive Assistant for the CEO. Supporting two directors, you will be managing diaries and organising meetings, conducting research, assisting in the preparation of complex and sensitive documents, preparing agendas, and taking minutes at meetings and managing Outlook inboxes. You will create presentations using Microsoft Office, generate reports and letters, and undertake research work. To be suitable for the role, you will: Have previous strong administration experience. Have used the full Microsoft Office suite. Be a great communicator, able to talk to senior reports and business stakeholders. Have great attention to detail and organisation & time keeping skills.
