Job Description
* Deliver effective daily operational HR support.
* Manage recruitment processes end-to-end to ensure the best talent is secured
* Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters
* Implement HR policies and procedures
* Monitor and manage HR metrics and reporting
* Facilitate employee development initiatives
* Ensure legal compliance in all HR functions
* Participate in HR projects as required
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role in manufacturing and production or comparable sector
* Solid knowledge of HR functions and best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
* Good organisational skills and ability to multi-task
