The role:
Working in the central administration and accounts team, in this pivotal role you will be the backbone of the accounts department, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service to clients and other office locations.
* Invoicing: Prepare and process invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
* Data Entry: Input and maintain financial data in a bespoke system, ensuring everything is up-to-date and precise.
* Responding to queries: Be the friendly voice that answers queries from clients and colleagues, providing timely and helpful information.
* Accounts Administration: Support the accounts team in various administrative tasks that keep processes running smoothly.
What You'll Bring:
